Shipping policy

Shipping is based on weight, and standard shipping of all orders within the U.S. starts at $4.95. Once order reaches 2 lbs and higher, shipping is adjusted to $8.95. We are able to ship outside of the U.S. via USPS or DHL, and price is based on weight and receiving country.

We offer FREE shipping on orders $100+ within the U.S. (after discounts, and before shipping and tax). 

Most items are mailed in soft polymailers, unless the order is large and/ or contains shoes, in which it is then sent in a box. 

Standard shipping orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped, and usually 2-3 business days to arrive to you (excluding holiday seasons). 

If a change needs to be made to your order after placing, please email talloaksboutique@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram ASAP to ensure we are able to make the change before it is shipped. However, due to us having a quick turn around time, we are not able to guarantee a change will be able to be made after the order is placed. 

All packages are insured and provided with a tracking number. 

Tall Oaks Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damaged once shipped. If an item has been marked delivered but it’s not there, please contact the US postal service first to locate your package.
